Andrew N. Kohn, Esq.
Drew Kohn is an AV Preeminent-rated attorney with more than 25 years of civil litigation and trial experience, primarily in the fields of personal injury, product liability, and business litigation. In January 2014, Drew was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and in October 2018, was elevated in rank from Member to Associate. As a trial lawyer, Drew is known for his meticulous trial preparation and success, having tried more than 25 cases to verdict, including several high-profile, wrongful death cases. Drew has been involved with many local legal organizations, as well as alumni organizations affiliated with Harvard University and the University of Arizona. Drew has served in the American Inns of Court, as a Barrister in the Honorable J. Clifford Wallace Chapter, and as an Associate with Louis M. Welsh chapter.
Drew is a graduate of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law - Mediating the Litigated Case™ program. Drew’s approach to mediation combines his years of executive litigation experience from both the plaintiff and defense perspective. As a seasoned trial lawyer, Drew’s unique experience and insight make him a singularly effective mediator of litigated disputes.
Over the course of his 25 year career, Drew has personally been involved in more than 600 mediations, and thousands of litigated cases. He is well versed in the process and practice of mediation and knows first hand the value and merits of resolving cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner, under circumstances where the parties, not a jury, can best control the outcome.
A native of Tucson, Arizona, Drew received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Harvard University. He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Arizona College of Law.
