Payment:
All fees and costs are the responsibility of the participating parties and their attorneys. If the total fees and costs exceed the reserved mediation session time, additional time will be billed by the mediator at $800 per hour and the final balance due will be divided equally among all parties and invoiced separately to each individual party. Final payment is due prior to the mediation date.

Postponement or Cancellation:
A cancellation fee of half of the reserved fee is charged unless a postponement or cancellation in writing is received 3 business days prior to scheduled/confirmed mediation.
